It is the policy of Digital Equipment Corporation (now Compaq) that purchasers of traditional DEC systems retain the right to sell and transfer ownership of the operating system (OVMS, DEC UNIX) when they sell or dispose of their hardware.

All equipment shipments arranged by Wescorp must be covered by insurance at all times. Claims for loss or damage to equipment will be filed according to the requirements of the insurance carrier. Reimbursement or replacement may require inspection by insurance adjusters.
